Office Administrator


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administration support to the Web Department
    Document Control - manage & maintain the databases & file system
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Simple accounts duties, such as handling petty cash and bookkeeping
  • Help out in recruitment, payroll processing and contracts.

Job Requirements:

  • Good attitude and initiative
  • Must be able to work independently and a team player
  • Diploma & above.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of staff
  • Experience in Web / software development is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to converse (written & spoken) well in English and Mandarine
