Office Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administration support to the Web Department
Document Control - manage & maintain the databases & file system - Order and manage office supplies
- Simple accounts duties, such as handling petty cash and bookkeeping
- Help out in recruitment, payroll processing and contracts.
Job Requirements:
- Good attitude and initiative
- Must be able to work independently and a team player
- Diploma & above.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of staff
- Experience in Web / software development is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to converse (written & spoken) well in English and Mandarine
