2008 will be about 'great user experiences' and 'customer engagement', combine these together with maximising 'page real estate', it should make for a very interesting website.

Technically we are focused on developing a hybrid of RIA (Rich Internet Application) based tools and CMS (Content Management System) to maximise SEO (Search Engine Optimisation). In the past if you used Flash you would compromise the search ranking ability of the site, but we have developed new techniques to serve flash and traditional HTML dependent on the user and device used.
