MARTIN HENWOOD
Originally from the UK, Martin moved to Asia back in 2000 and fell in love with Singapore's cross-cultural life style. Originally starting out in the Print and Reprographics industry, working for UK Agencies, his early adoption of web technology has been his true passion, always looking for the edge.

As a founding Director of Ad.WRIGHT Communications, Martin has had a unique exposure to IT, agency and business challenges, gaining valuable experience that is used to help Ad.WRIGHT's clients achieve their ultimate business and marketing objectives.

DANNY PHOA
First generation Singaporean, Choon created Ad.WRIGHT Design consultants a decade ago and has accumulated a wealth of experience in building brand equities for clients throughout Asia and beyond.

As a winner of various creative awards, Choon is extremely 'hands on' and often described as someone with the 'baptism of fire'. He earned his Bdes in 1996 while heading several businesses concurrently.

GELLAN WATT
Gellan, ex top-ten London agency creative director, is CEO of Thinking Juice in the UK. They have an impressive track record, with 100% of the pitch's won since the doors opened in 2003. His client experience includes ASDA, BMW, O2 and IBM.

"The proudest moments in my career are not my advertising and creative awards. Far from it.... It's the phone call when a client says "the phone wont stop ringing"; or once even "can we take the ad off-air... it's making us too busy!"

MIKE CHERNG
A Singapore-born Taiwanese, Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Information System from Curtin University. He started off his career as a SAP Technical Consultant but moved in to account management because of his natural communicative skills.

His background has covered many variations of people management and has an outstanding knowledge of Web solutions putting him well placed as an account manager for the Ad.WRIGHT! agency.

JOHNNY KOH
Our senior Project Manager. Johnny has been with Ad.WRIGHT for around 3 years and has deep knowledge of web development and solutions.

His focus is on developing the Ad.WRIGHT methodology and processes (including documentation), keeping our client projects on time and in budget. Johnny has a technical and programming background, mainly in Java and LAMP systems (Linux,Apache,MySql,PHP)

FARIK OSMAN
Our Lead Creative Designer. He has experience from illustration and logo identity to social network design and community building. Farik has a great deal of experience and understanding of user interfaces and usability, giving Ad.WRIGHT the ability to really interpret brand identity and ideas from the rest of the team into both an on and off-line reality. Farik's tools include Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator and Dreamweaver. He is our 'pixel pusher'.

CHO SEUNG HYUN
Our Senior Programmer. Cho has extensive experience (8yrs) covering both the server (hardware) & programming (software) fields. His exposure across multiple platform from database, PHP, PERL, Linux, Java, ASP, Visual Basic, JavaScript, C / C++ and administering systems from Apache, iiS, MySql, MS SQL puts him in a very unique position to consult and integrate solutions to our clients. He has lectured and taught in various universities.

ALEX ARUL
Our Code Integrator. Originally from a networking (hardware) background, Alex now specialises in Content Management Systems (CMS), his core skills are PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and CSS with strong training in graphical manipulation. Alex is extremely process driven and very passionate about new technology and methodology, helping keep Ad.WRIGHT in the front of techniques.

DET YUTIAMPO
Our newest addition and an invaluable asset to the team. Det came from a programming background in Visual Basic 6, Java, C/ C++, PERL, LISP, Assembly Language, PHP, HTML, XML, XSLT, MySql and MS SQL. With a great attitude towards teamwork and responsibilities, her joyful presence has infused the Ad.WRIGHT team and we are grateful.

AZHAN MOIN
Senior IT Architect. Gives Ad.WRIGHT his full 10 year experience in IT and programming, ranging from AS/400's to Unix,Linux and Windows. His core skill set is Java and MySql and Oracle and more recently concentrates on the LAMP environment. Azhan is a good communicator and great at documentation. Azhan helps in technical design, planning the projects and allocating resources.
